Back to Memory Lane

Using my newly bought La Sardina lomo camera,i decided to take little urban adventure for my Hari Raya and Merdeka outing at Memory Lane.Located at Jalan Horley and stretched toward Jalan Lim Bo Seng, it a famous weekend flea market at City of Ipoh and easily reached by public transport . Operating from 6.30 am to 12.30 pm every Sunday,it usually attract large crowd in wee morning and slowly dwindle toward afternoon period. So be prepared to face huge sardine packed crowd and fierce sunlight if u decided to come late.

Used household equipment, antique item like radio to family heirloom like keris (dagger like weapon) ,music records, toys from old cartoon show like transformer G1,jewellary ,stack of neatly row of handphone covers to one man repair watch stall, used books and magazine , old coin and banknote to latest addition mobile phone , clothes, shoes and jean alike are lining up the street from one end to another.Even food and drink stall are taking the opportunity to sell their wares to the huge crowd to replenish their strength before  moving on to their next purchase.

Basically there's anything for anyone provided u keep a sharp eye and good haggling skill with the seller.Well, personally I am happy with my La Sardina camera and the pix taken with it.Even the Flitz the britz flash is working well (point to the last picture) mounted on the small tripod and taken with cable release since i was preoccupied with my dessert.
